About Geotextiles: Biodegradeable
Biodegradable geotextiles are for temporary sub-soil stabilization, providing a fabric for short-term applications, such as mulching, soil erosion control, landscaping etc.
Belton Industries’ GEOCOIR® are biodegradeable geotextiles that are made from pure coir drawn from the husk of the coconut, a 100% natural product. With the highest tensile strength of any natural fiber, GEOCOIR® can be used where long term usage is required. These fabrics come in a variety of weights and configurations which can provide service from 3-5 years.
